## 1. How DU SOL Assigns Exam Centres

DU SOL does **not allow students to choose their exam centre manually**.

* Exam centres are **assigned randomly** by the university
* Allocation is handled centrally by DU SOL
* Students have **no control** over the centre location

This means:

* You may get a **different centre** in each semester
* Or by chance, you may get the **same centre again**

There is **no fixed pattern**.

---

## 2. Will Your Centre Be the Same in 2nd Semester?

**Short answer: Not guaranteed**

Possible scenarios:

* **Same centre as Semester 1** → possible, but purely by chance
* **Different centre** → very common
* **Far or near location** → depends on allocation, not preference

So do not assume continuity from your first semester.

---

## 3. Can You Change Your Exam Centre?

**No, in almost all cases you cannot.**

* DU SOL **does not provide an option** to request a centre change
* Distance, convenience, or personal preference are **not considered**
* Once allotted, the centre is **final**

You are required to appear **only at the assigned centre**.

---

## 4. Where to Check Your Exam Centre

Your exam centre details are available in:

* **Admit Card / Hall Ticket**

It will include:

* Centre name
* Full address
* Reporting instructions

Without the admit card, entry is not allowed.

---

## 5. Practical Advice for Students

Do not treat this casually. Handle it like a disciplined candidate:

* Check your admit card **as soon as it is released**
* Visit the centre location **1–2 days before exam** if possible
* Plan travel time (especially if centre is far)
* Reach early to avoid last-minute issues

---

## 6. Key Takeaways

* DU SOL exam centres are **randomly assigned**
* Your 2nd semester centre may **change or stay same (no guarantee)**
* You **cannot request a change**
* Final centre details come **only through admit card**
