No waiting. No confusion. Now the real question is: **Are you attending them properly or missing them like most students?** DU SOL UPDATES Don’t Miss Important DU SOL Updates Many students miss assignment deadlines, exam notices, practical updates, and important announcements. Get: * Exam & assignment alerts * Result and notice updates * Study guides & PDFs * Important student information Directly on WhatsApp. No spam. Only useful updates for DU SOL students. [Get WhatsApp Updates](https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VbBR6Oe0G0XrLynWqb0a) --- ## Current Update (Clear Status) * Online classes for **2nd, 4th, and 6th semester are LIVE** * Classes include: * Skill Enhancement Courses (SEC) * Back (ER) subjects * Some courses already started from **mid-March 2026 onwards** * More classes will continue as per schedule --- ## What Type of Classes Are Online? Not all classes are online. Understand this properly: ### Online Classes: * Skill Enhancement Courses (SEC) * Back / ER subjects ### Offline / Other Mode: * Discipline-specific subjects * AECC / GE subjects (mostly separate schedules) --- ## Where to Find the Class Schedule Follow this path: 1. Go to DU SOL official website 2. Enter the main portal 3. Look for: * **UG/PG PCP Schedule / Classes section** 4. Open the schedule page You will see: * Subject names * Dates * Timings * Teacher names --- ## Example of What You’ll See * Subject (like Hindi, English, etc.) * Date (e.g., starting from 21 March) * Time (e.g., 3:00 PM) * Faculty assigned This is your actual timetable. No guesswork. --- ## How to Join DU SOL Online Classes (Step-by-Step) This is where most students mess up. ### Step 1: Install the Required App Download: * **Microsoft Teams** (mandatory) Available on: * Play Store / App Store / PC --- ### Step 2: Open Class Link from Schedule * On the day of class * Click “Join” from the schedule page --- ### Step 3: Automatic Redirect * It will open directly in **Microsoft Teams app** * Click **Join Meeting** --- ### Step 4: Enter Class * No complicated login usually * Just join and attend --- ## Important Reality Most Students Ignore * Classes are already running * Attendance is low * Students start caring only near exams That’s why most end up with **ER (backlogs)** again. --- ## Back (ER) Students – Important * Your classes are also started * These are your **second chance classes** * If you skip again, result will be the same No shortcut here. --- ## What You Should Do Now ### 1. Check Schedule Today Don’t delay. Open and see your subjects. ### 2. Install Microsoft Teams If not installed, you’re already behind. ### 3. Attend First 3 Classes Seriously This decides whether you stay consistent or drop off. ### 4. Note Down Timings Treat it like a real college, not optional YouTube content. --- ## Ground Reality DU SOL gives flexibility. Most students misuse it. * No fixed campus * No strict attendance * No pressure Result: Low discipline → Backlogs → Repeat cycle --- ## Final Take Classes have started. That’s the signal. * Either you attend and stay ahead * Or you ignore and repeat the same mistakes There is no middle path here. --- ## [School of Open Learning (DU SOL) Admission: Courses, Eligibility, Fees & Process Explained](https://thesushant.in/school-of-open-learning-du-sol-admission-courses-eligibility-fees-process-explained/) --- ## [First Day at DU SOL Tahirpur: What to Carry & What Not to Do (Reality-Based Guide)](https://thesushant.in/first-day-at-du-sol-tahirpur-what-to-carry-what-not-to-do/) --- ## [B.Com vs BBA in DU SOL: Best Choice for CA Foundation & Intermediate](https://thesushant.in/b-com-vs-bba-in-du-sol-best-choice-for-ca-foundation-intermediate/) --- **Enjoyed this?** Share it with others Stay Ahead of DU SOL Notices & Deadlines Instead of checking multiple websites and groups daily, get important DU SOL updates directly on WhatsApp. [Join WhatsApp Channel](https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VbBR6Oe0G0XrLynWqb0a) S ### [Sushant Kumar](https://thesushant.in/author/sushant/) Founder As a current B.Com (Hons) student at DU SOL and an active Chartered Accountancy (CA) aspirant, I understand the exact pressure, syllabus confusion, and administrative hurdles students face daily.
