Many DU SOL Students Had Been Waiting for This Update
After days of repeated portal checking and growing discussions among students, DU SOL has now started releasing hall tickets for several PG courses ahead of the upcoming semester examinations.
Students from MA, MCom, BLIS, and MLIS courses have started seeing the admit card download option appear on the official portal, bringing relief to many who had been waiting for confirmation about their exams.
As soon as the update started circulating, many students immediately rushed to the portal to check whether their hall tickets were available.

Hall Tickets Released for Second and Fourth Semester Students
According to the latest update, DU SOL has currently activated hall tickets for:
- MA students
- MCom students
- BLIS students
- MLIS students
The admit cards released right now are mainly for second and fourth semester students whose examinations are expected to begin in May.
This is where things became important for many students because until now, several students were unsure whether the hall tickets would arrive course-wise or together for all programs.
Now, the portal has started going live gradually for selected PG courses.
Students Are Facing Server and Loading Issues
Interestingly, many students trying to access the hall ticket portal are also reporting loading delays and server-related issues.
As traffic increases on the website, some students are seeing:
- slow loading pages
- delayed login responses
- portal refresh problems
- temporary access errors
This usually happens when a large number of students try downloading admit cards at the same time immediately after release.
Several students initially thought the hall tickets were not uploaded yet because the portal was taking extra time to open.
However, the download option is appearing once the page loads properly.
The Admit Card Is Being Provided Through the Medh Setu Portal
One important detail many students may overlook is that the hall tickets are being accessed through the Medh Setu portal linked with DU SOL.
After opening the hall ticket section, students are required to enter:
- SOL Roll Number
- Barcode Number
Once submitted, the admit card becomes visible for download.
This has also created some confusion among students who do not remember their barcode numbers.
To solve this, DU SOL students can use the “Know Your Barcode” option available on the portal before accessing the hall ticket section.
MBA Students and Many UG Students Are Still Waiting
While hall tickets for several PG courses have now started appearing, MBA students are still waiting for further updates.
According to the current information, MBA exam date sheets and hall tickets have not been fully released yet.
At the same time, many undergraduate students are also continuing to wait for their admit card updates.
This has now become one of the biggest discussion points among DU SOL students because many are repeatedly checking the portal to see whether their course has been activated yet.
Students Are Being Advised to Download Hall Tickets Early
As exams move closer, students are being advised not to wait until the last moment to download their admit cards.
During heavy traffic periods, portal slowdowns can increase, especially close to examination dates.
Several students are also carefully checking:
- subject details
- semester information
- exam center details
- personal information printed on the hall ticket
This becomes especially important because correction-related issues can take time if discovered late.
More DU SOL Hall Ticket Updates Are Expected Soon
For now, the biggest update is that the hall ticket process has officially started for multiple PG courses under DU SOL.
However, more admit cards for additional programs are still expected in the coming days as the examination process moves forward.
Students from courses where hall tickets are not visible yet are likely to continue monitoring the portal regularly for fresh updates.
With semester exams approaching quickly, DU SOL-related searches and portal activity are expected to remain high over the next several days.
