Some posts on social media or websites may claim that the results are already out. However, unless the results appear on the **official DU SOL or Delhi University examination websites**, such claims should be treated as **unverified updates or speculation**. Students should rely only on official university sources. --- ## DU SOL Result 2026 – Direct Link When DU SOL officially publishes the results, students will be able to check them through the university result portal. **Direct Result Page:** [https://sol.du.ac.in/results-2026](https://ugadmission.oldcdu.ac.in/ug/student/dashboard) Once the results are declared, the **result link will appear in the examination or result section of the official website.** Students will typically need the following details: * Roll Number * Programme / Course * Examination information After entering the required details, the result or marksheet can be viewed online. --- ## Steps to Check DU SOL Result Once the result is announced, students can follow these steps: 1. Visit the official DU SOL website. 2. Navigate to the **Result or Examination section**. 3. Click on the **Semester Result link** for the relevant course. 4. Enter your **roll number and required details**. 5. Submit the information to view the result. Students can then download or print the marksheet for reference. --- ## Why DU SOL Results Usually Take Time DU SOL results are often released **later than regular Delhi University college results**. This has been a consistent pattern in previous academic years. Several factors contribute to the longer timeline: * Large number of enrolled students * Evaluation of answer sheets across multiple programmes * Administrative verification processes * Compilation of results for different semesters Because of these steps, it is normal for SOL results to take **several months after the examinations are completed**. --- ## Expected Timeline (Based on Past Trends) DU SOL has **not announced any official result date** for the 2026 Semester 1, 3, 5, and 7 examinations. However, based on previous result timelines, the following scenarios are possible: ### If Exams Were Completed Earlier Students whose exams ended earlier in the cycle may see results around: **Late March 2026 to April 2026** ### If Exams Were Completed in February For courses where exams ended later, the results may take additional time. In such cases, the possible timeframe could be: **May 2026 to June 2026** These timeframes are **estimates based on previous years**, not official announcements. --- ## Important Advice for DU SOL Students ### Check Official Websites Students should periodically check: * DU SOL official website * Delhi University examination portal These are the first places where official result links appear. ### Avoid Rumours Many online posts claim that results are released or coming “very soon.” In many cases, these claims are not based on official university announcements. ### Keep Your Details Ready Once the result link becomes active, students will need: * Roll number * Course / programme information Having these ready will make checking results easier. --- ## Conclusion At present, **DU SOL has not released the Semester 1, 3, 5, or 7 results for 2026**. Although some Delhi University regular programme results have started appearing, **SOL results typically follow a separate and slower timeline** due to evaluation and administrative processes. Based on previous patterns: * Exams completed earlier may see results between **late March and April 2026** * Exams completed later may see results between **May and June 2026** Until the university publishes an official notification, students should rely only on **official DU SOL portals for confirmation**. --- ### Also Read: ## [DU SOL Result 2026: When Will Semester 1, 3, 5, 7 Results Be Released?](https://thesushant.in/du-sol-results-when-will-results-be-released/) --- ## [DU SOL Result 2026 (All Semesters): Expected Dates, Marksheet & Next Steps](https://thesushant.in/du-sol-result-2026-all-semesters/) --- ## [School of Open Learning (DU SOL) Admission: Courses, Eligibility, Fees & Process Explained](https://thesushant.in/school-of-open-learning-du-sol-admission-courses-eligibility-fees-process-explained/) --- Last Updated: 11 March, 2026 09:08 AM **Enjoyed this?** Share it with others Stay Ahead of DU SOL Notices & Deadlines Instead of checking multiple websites and groups daily, get important DU SOL updates directly on WhatsApp. [Join WhatsApp Channel](https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VbBR6Oe0G0XrLynWqb0a) S ### [Sushant Kumar](https://thesushant.in/author/sushant/) Founder As a current B.Com (Hons) student at DU SOL and an active Chartered Accountancy (CA) aspirant, I understand the exact pressure, syllabus confusion, and administrative hurdles students face daily.
