DU SOL 2nd Semester 2026 – New Student Dashboard Launched (Medha Setu)

The Delhi University School of Open Learning has introduced a new student dashboard system for students admitted in 2025–26 batch (NEP) who are currently in 2nd semester and preparing for May–June 2026 exams.

This update solves one of the biggest problems students were facing — no proper centralized login/dashboard system.

What Is the New Dashboard (Medha Setu)

Medha Setu Student Dashboard

This is now the main control panel for students where all academic activities will be managed.

Earlier, students had to depend on:

  • Multiple links
  • Separate portals
  • Confusing navigation

Now everything is being integrated into one dashboard.

Who Can Access This Dashboard

This is specifically for:

  • Students admitted in 2025–26 session
  • NEP batch students
  • Currently in 2nd semester

Older batch students (CBCS) may still use older systems.

How to Login (Step-by-Step)

  1. Visit official website of University of Delhi
  2. Scroll down to find Student Dashboard (Admission 2025–26 onwards) or Click here
  3. Open Medha Setu Dashboard

Enter login details:

  • SOL Roll Number or Exam Roll Number
  • Password (created during admission)
  • OR Control Number (alternative login)
  • Fill captcha
  • Click Sign In

What You See After Login

Once logged in, your dashboard shows:

  • SOL Roll Number
  • Exam Roll Number
  • Student profile (with photo)

This confirms your account is properly activated.

Features Inside Student Dashboard

This is where the system becomes important.

1. ID Card Download

  • Download your digital ID card directly
  • No need to search separate links

2. Internal Assessment Access

  • Start or attempt internal assessments
  • Centralized access instead of LMS confusion

3. Admit Card / Hall Ticket

  • Download admit card for exams
  • Available once released

4. Exam Form (Future Use)

  • Fill exam forms for upcoming semesters
  • Will be used for next academic cycle

5. Student Details Section

  • View personal details
  • Academic information
  • Enrollment data

6. Course Details

  • Full semester-wise subject list
  • Credits, subjects, structure
  • All semesters visible in one place

7. Fee Receipt Download

  • Access all payment records
  • Download receipts for:
    • 1st year
    • Future years (auto-added later)

8. Additional Menu Options

Using the menu (top corner):

  • Dashboard overview
  • Student details
  • Course info
  • Payment history

Why This Update Matters

This is not just a cosmetic update.

It changes how SOL operates:

Before:

  • Multiple portals
  • No centralized system
  • Confusion in navigation

Now:

  • Single dashboard
  • All features in one place
  • Better control and tracking

What Will Be Added Next

Based on system rollout:

  • More features will be integrated
  • Possibly:
    • Result access
    • Notifications
    • Academic updates

This dashboard will become the main student interface going forward.

Common Issues While Login

If login fails:

  • Check correct roll number
  • Try control number option
  • Reset password if needed
  • Avoid peak traffic time

Final Update

The DU SOL Student Dashboard (Medha Setu) is now live for 2025–26 batch students.

  • Centralized system launched
  • Covers assessments, admit card, ID, fees
  • Will be primary platform for future activities

Students should log in once and explore all sections to avoid confusion later.
